My work keeps me busy and I find less and less time nowadays to take my camera out for a shoot. I survive only because of this blog that keeps me going… it is a space wherein I try and re-live my journeys / moments… the world as I see it. I try to express and share this with pictures and sometimes with words, in the hope that it brings similar joy, perhaps a smile or an occasional contemplative thought in those that pass by this space.
Its been a year since I have been blogging and I am thrilled to have made so many friends, acquaintances and that I continue to make more. I thank all those who share their lives, pictures and anything else under the sun in their unique way on their blog-spaces. It has enriched my life and given me the opportunity to view and experience different perspectives.
About the photograph:This is one of my favorites from the Pottery Town photo shoot, where I got to spend almost an hour with my beloved camera. I fiddled with it in earnest eagerness trying to explore despite fading light due to massive cloud cover. We did not let that dampen our spirits.
I love this picture for it (to me) represents life and its ever evolving flux of change. Life is always under construction, in the making - you add things, lose things, remove things, bump into things, have things thrown at you and so on ass one tries and adapts to the flow. It is truly an humbling experience.
